RANCHO CUCAMONGA - Traffic came to a standstill for about an hour Thursday morning after an 18-wheeler jackknifed on the northbound 15 Freeway just south of Arrow Route.

Just after 8 a.m., the truck driver - 43-year-old Edwin Rivera of the Phoenix-based Garcia Express trucking company - came upon halted traffic and was forced to brake hard and turn right to avoid hitting the vehicle in front of him, according to the California Highway Patrol.
