RIALTO - Come Tuesday night, the City Council election scheduled for Nov. 2 may find its place among bad TV shows, magazine subscriptions and other things that get canceled.
Because Councilman Joe Baca Jr. and Councilwoman Deborah Robertson are running unopposed for the two council seats up for vote this year, the city has the option to cancel the election and appoint the incumbents to office.
