The Redlands law firm McCuneWright LLP has filed a national class- action lawsuit against Toyota Motor Corp., alleging thousands of Toyota and Lexus owners have experienced sudden, unintended acceleration while driving.
It comes in the wake of a crash in San Diego County in August when a Lexus ES 350 driven by an off-duty California Highway Patrol officer reportedly accelerated to more than 100 mph, plunged into the San Diego riverbed and burst into flames, killing the officer and three of his family members.See the full content of this document
