REDLANDS - Improvements made to downtown streets last summer will have to be redone due to failing work and quality that does not meet city standards.

City Spokesman Carl Baker said all of the brick intersections installed at downtown intersections less than one year ago are falling apart, and do not meet the quality standards specified in the agreement with contractor All-American Asphalt.
