SAN BERNARDINO A confession by triple-murder defendant Jimmy Kelley was deemed admissible Tuesday despite his lawyer's insistence that information divulged without an attorney present should not be allowed in court.

Kelley, 37, and co-defendant, Kimberly Michaud, 33, are charged with robbery and murder in connection with the Jan. 26, 2004, shooting deaths of Patty Crevoisier, 49, Ward Phillips, 37, and William Landers, 43, at Crevoisier's home in Yucca Valley.
