Summary


I remember the day when parking lots were free-for-alls. There was no such thing as a handicapped parking space. People with crutches and walkers and wheelchairs had to fend for themselves. They had to battle their way in from the back end of the parking lot, same as everyone else.

Today, we live in more enlightened times. Thank goodness! Almost every parking lot in the land offers convenient parking spots for individuals with physical infirmities. And woe be unto anyone who pulls into one of these spots who doesn't belong there.
