Summary
We should all be paying close attention to the circumstances unfolding in the city of Colton. There is a new political "face" and new administrative attitude and posture in the front office.
Rod Foster, Colton's city manager, is being "charged and challenged" to bring the city's economic pulse back from comatose to some semblance of life. The city's coffers are empty, reserves have been spent, and the sound of the economic engine is barely audible. If there is a recovery in sight, I am confident that with the talents of Mr. Foster, strong leadership of the new guard, and wisdom of the tried and true "Yzaguirre and Oliva," they will find the right formula.See the full content of this document
