RIALTO - Part of the 10 Freeway was closed this morning after a water main broke near Riverside Avenue.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert, closed the two right lanes and the Riverside Avenue off-ramp. Just after noon, officers said the closure backed up traffic to Cherry Avenue.See the full content of this document
