REDLANDS - A parolee who ran from police for more than an hour after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend was found today in a City Hall Dumpster just before a drump truck was preparing to take the trash.
Joshua Maurice Chapman, 22, assaulted his girlfriend around 11:15 a.m. in front of an Alberto's restaurant in the 1100 block of Orange Street and then jumped on a northbound bus headed for Highland, said Redlands police spokesman Carl Baker.See the full content of this document
