Please, San Bernardino residents, watch the televised City Council meetings. It's interesting how when Councilmen Dennis Baxter, Tobin Brinker, Fred Shorett or Rikke Van Johnson aren't there, after a phone call from the mayor's office they show up to vote.

Also, for residents with certain last names, there is no limit on their public comment time.
