CLAREMONT - It only took 15 minutes for the new fingerprint technology to prove its worth to the Police Department.

Albert Dominguez, 26, of Chino was stopped at a driving-under- the-influence and driver's license checkpoint around 6:15 p.m. Friday. He did not have a driver's license with him and gave a name that did not have a match with the DMV, police said.
