In a plea bargain with county prosecutors, Terrence Rene Roberts, 19, and Perry Ladell Hicks, 18, will receive eight years in prison in exchange for rape and attempted forcible oral copulation charges being dropped, Deputy District Attorney Jefferson Powell said.
