RIALTO -- City officials often bemoan their paltry single exit from Interstate 10, saying that shopping centers like Rancho Cucamonga's Victoria Gardens could never have happened without ready freeway access.

In a city hungry for retail sales tax, Rialto leaders hope that the three or four exits they'll gain with the completion of the Interstate 210 extension will bring shops and shoppers.
