A judge this morning dismissed a motion arguing that there is not enough evidence against a Fontana man accused of fatally shooting his cousin in 2002 to proceed with a trial.
Christopher Paul Figueroa is charged with the slaying of his cousin, Michael Hernandez. Police found the pair near Cedar and Slover avenues after Hernandez was shot and drove a Chrysler Sebring head-on into a pickup truck on July 22, 2002.See the full content of this document
