The article states that two of the county's five priority projects did not get funding from Proposition 1B, the $20 billion transportation bond approved by voters last year. This is a misconception. The proposition is broken into several different funds, and we are now competing for possibly more than $2 billion (if our legislators are successful), set aside to deal with freight traffic.See the full content of this document
