SAN BERNARDINO - An undocumented immigrant suspected of shooting and killing his sister-in-law over a card game, has four arrest warrants for traffic tickets dating back to 2004, raising questions about why he hadn't been arrested - and possibly deported - before the slaying.

Ricardo Magana-Lemus, 33, was pulled over and cited several times for not having a driver's license, registration or proof of insurance, according to court records. After each ticket, warrants were issued when he failed to appear in court.
