We're glad to see Rep. David Dreier, R-San Dimas, still plugging away on reimbursing states and local governments for the costs of jailing illegal immigrants who commit crimes.
The House had earlier voted to provide $405 million for the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP), the same amount as last year. Dreier's amendment to add $55 million was approved last week, bringing total funding to $460 million.See the full content of this document
