You would be hard-pressed to find someone more excited about teaching than Margie Fuller. The fourth grade teacher at Mariposa Elementary School in Redlands, said she rediscovered her love for teaching when she found Gifted And Talented Education (GATE), and she hasn't been the same since.
"I wanted to teach since the first grade, but I was just reaching burn out," Fuller, 56, said of the turning point she reached in 1989, after more than 15 years in the classroom. "I needed something more to keep me enthused, and this was what I was looking for. When you find what you're looking for, you just become passionate."See the full content of this document
