RIALTO - A live mortar prompted a brief evacuation Monday after a homeowner found it lying in his backyard.
The man found what he believed was an explosive about 6:31 p.m. at his newly purchased home in the 1800 block of North Millard Avenue, said Rialto Police Sgt. Eric Bremner. The man had been inspecting the house at the time.See the full content of this document
