Remember the Panorama Fire and the Old Fire? Remember the Harrison Basin flooding and the Christmas Eve tragedy in Waterman Canyon? We are hearing so much now on the flooding and mudslides as a result of the Station Fire.
Where does the responsibility lie? When we had all those big fires, there were hundreds of mandated evacuations ordered and the cost was out of sight for the number of firefighters and law- enforcement officers to safeguard all those homes.
