COLTON - Nightclubs, miniwarehouses, swap meets and other businesses would be temporarily banned in the city under a proposal to be considered tonight.
The City Council is expected to consider a 45-day moratorium on businesses that are of limited economic benefit or consume a large amount of public resources, City Manager Daryl Parrish said.See the full content of this document
