LOMA LINDA - The city's General Plan draft update was altered Tuesday night to set a maximum buildout of 775 homes in the city's rugged South Hills, which encompass almost half the land in the city.

After more than four hours of public hearing and discussion, the City Council postponed action on the land-use element of the General Plan. Councilman Stan Brauer abstained from the discussion, citing a conflict of interest.
