A superior court judge this morning ordered Cal State professor Steve Kinzey, the accused ringleader of a drug trafficking ring, to appear for a hearing next week to determine the source of his bail.
Kinzey, who has been charged with conspiracy and possessing methamphetamine for sale, is scheduled to appear Sept. 16 in San Bernardino Superior Court. Lawyers say he also may be arraigned that day.See the full content of this document
