Summary
I've lived in San Bernardino on and off for 52 years. I know and have known many people who were proud to say "I'm from San Bernardino." I have seen our city go from being an All-America City to the second poorest in the nation, behind only Detroit.
San Bernardino can't blame all of its problems on the economy, the closures of Norton Air Force Base, Kaiser Steel or Santa Fe, although they did have a huge impact.See the full content of this document
