CHINO - A Vagos motorcycle club member serving time at the California Institution for Men was arrested Thursday on suspicion of killing a prospective member of the biker club in 2003.

David Beltran, who was a resident of Mentone, was arrested about 7:15 a.m. Thursday at the prison, said San Bernardino County sheriff's spokeswoman Cindy Beavers.
