Celebrity lawyer Mark Roesler has been ordered to pay back more than $145,000 to a conservatorship account for 1950s pinup queen Bettie Page after a San Bernardino County Superior Court judge said he misrepresented an urgent need to withdraw the money.

Roesler filed a petition in May 2008 for temporary conservatorship over Page's estate several months before she suffered a heart attack and died.
