Summary


One of the all-time great movie scenes occurred in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, in which the duo was being pursued by a posse that wouldn't back down. Finally, one exasperated outlaw turned to the other and said, ''who are those guys, anyway?''

Business people don't have to ask that question. They know their customers want better value, they worry that their competitors are burning more midnight oil, and they fret (rightfully) about surviving in a world with few barriers and dollars-a-day labor.
