The San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office arrested the people Thursday and charged them with workers' compensation fraud.Investigators arrested Pedro Mendoza, 43, of El Monte, Sergio Moreno, 39, and Martha Valtierra, 36, both of La Habra.

The investigation revealed that Mendoza, Moreno and Valtierra operated a roofing company in Ontario and failed to accurately report their employee wages to their workers' compensation insurance carrier, State Compensation Insurance Fund, and to the California Employment Development Division, according to a District Attorney's Office news release.
