SAN BERNARDINO -- Prosecutors filed charges today against a man accused of a hit-and-run accident in Victorville that killed a pregnant woman.

Brandon Lee McCullough, 36, of Apple Valley, was charged with one count of leaving the scene of an accident, a felony, and vehicular manslaughter, a misdemeanor. He was scheduled to be arraigned today via video but he refused, said Chris Lee, spokesman for the San Bernardino District Attorney's Office.
